Hi just installed Oblivion om my new computer and cant get the command console up:( anyone know what i shpuld dp?

My Documents/My Games/Oblivion/Oblivion.ini

What's the languagesetting on your keyboard? You got a mediacenter PC?

My brother has Vista on his computer and the console works as normal.

That's not entirely true either, I also have a Vista PC and my console does not work, also the Oblivion.ini file does not have a bAllowConsole in it to set to 1.
